VASCO Data Security, a world leader in strong authentication and e-signature solutions, is looking for an ‘Online Marketing Specialist’ to join its Marketing department in Wemmel.

The ‘Online Marketing Specialist’ will develop, implement and optimize innovative and effective online marketing programs & opportunities to increase VASCO’s web presence worldwide.​

Responsibilities
The ‘Online Marketing Specialist’ will:

- Implement a paid search (SEM) program
- Maintain and monitor social media platforms and blog posts, including reputation management
- Identify relevant blogs and communities for regular content syndication
- Develop and manage online budgets and metrics
- Build out and manage a social media presence in accordance with corporate guidelines
- Understand and implement coding schemes for the purpose of tracking
- Regular tracking, analyzing and reporting of online program ROI
- Continuously monitor and optimize online program performance
- Propose innovative internet marketing tactics
- Implement SEO best practices to optimize organic search results
- Promote the VASCO online shop(s)

Profile

- At least 2 years experience with online marketing campaigns and programs.
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree.
- Affinity with the IT sector and/or B2B environment.
- You are familiar with the various online marketing tactics, including: paid search, social media, blogs, communities, e-bulletins, portals, webinars, podcasts, etc.
- Prior experience with online B2C tactics, creative design software and/or rich media is a plus.
- Prior experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM/MAP-systems is an asset.
- You are able to use the major MS Office applications (Word/ Excel/ Outlook/ Powerpoint).
- You are creative, open to change, well organized and solution oriented.
- You are stress resistant and able to work against deadlines.
- You are a team player who is able to execute tasks independently as well.
- You are fluent in English and one other European language (preferably Dutch, French, German and/or Italian).
