Online Reputation & SMO Manager

The Online Reputation & SMO Manager is responsible for brands visibility development on social networks and on-line reputation for the group (all brands and all countries).





Main Missions: 


- Global on-line reputation & SMO strategy definition for the group and actions plan implementation for all brands/countries


- Define KPIs


- Push strategy & action plan : broadcast brands group on all web 2.0 to optimize reviews


- Pull strategy & actions plan : optimize current brands visibility


- On-line reputation


- Tool provider management


- Reporting and recommendations


- Actions follow-up 



 

SMO:


- Strategy definition for blogs, brands social networks activity for customers + prospects, action plan definition


- Coordination with marketing and product department for strategy and actions


- Social media analysis and recommendations


- Benchmark of innovations, reporting of actions


- Coordination with SEO Manager


- Provider management and coordination if required


- Management of countries community managers 



 

Location:


- Based in Diegem


- Regular travels are expected (Paris mainly) 



 

Profile:
Knowledge/Skills:


- E-Marketing & Communication background


- Fluent in French, English and Dutch





Experience:


- Experience in social media (agency) more than 3/4 years


- Management experience





Professional behavior:


- Strategic-thinker


- Expertise in on-line innovations and web 2.0


- Open-minded and good relationship


- Pro-active
