As Online Traffic Manager you play a key role in the Belgian marketing organisation. Your main responsibility is to ensure the inflow of qualitative traffic to the StepStone website.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be to:

- Build the local traffic strategy - keeping in mind the conversion dimension
- Translate the strategy into action - you’ll achieve results through running successful campaigns and ongoing actions on mobile, SEA, SEO, Affiliate, remarketing and many other online activities and partnerships
- Analyze and report traffic and market data - the reports you provide are not just a bunch of numbers; they are informative documents full of useful insight and recommendations which will form the basis of future enhancements, campaign adjustments and even have a strategic impact
- Manage your budget - invest your money based upon hard ROI numbers

You can count on the expertise and help of the international traffic team. They can initiate ideas just as you do on a local level. In Belgium you get the support of 2 people that report directly to you.

Your profile

- Good strategic insight and a hands-on mentality
- A higher degree with a strong statistical and analytical background
- Strong professional experience in search-engine marketing or performancebased marketing
- Google certification is definitely an asset
- Curious by nature and want to get to the bottom of things to find the right answer
- A native Dutch or French speaker or equivalent with good knowledge of the other language and business-level English
- Experience in people management.
