Conversation & content marketer

We are opening a position in our Strategy and Customer engagement team for someone with previous social media & community management experience to be our next Conversation & content marketer.

Fluent French, Dutch and English is key since you will manage reputation, create content, start conversations, manage campaigns and analytics for some of our international brands.Experience in Automotive, Retail or FMCG is a plus.
 
Responsibilities
Ensure content marketing and community management in BELUX, in both languages for:
 
·       Brand reputation
o   Monitor reputation based on tools, processes and best practices.
o   Put in place SoMe actions (in alignment key stakeholders) to increase positive sentiment and minimize negative one
o   When required, coordinate SoMe actions between global hub, our agency and brand departments to amplify the activity
 
·       Influencer program
o   Key priority will be to implement an influencer program to deeply impact positive sentiment about the brand
o   Indentify influencers and build strong relationships with them
o   Engage with them on social media platforms
 
·       Content creation
o   Suggest local content creation on social media platforms
o   Coordinate the content plan process with the euopean central agency and validation with the Social media manager  + local PR manager
o   Update social media local database content plan with appropriate infos/content collected Attend local events to implement SoMe activities put in place and create SoMe content
 
·       Social Media interaction
o   Coordinate/validate with brand teams interactions on Social media plateforms
o   Facilitate/help if needed central agency to get the answers from internal brand teams
o   Escalate info and issues/crisis to social media manager, no matter the platform
 
·       Monitoring & reporting
o   Collect & analyse Synthesio data (daily categorisation) and social media analytics (Facebook, YouTube…)
o   Update Synthesio set-up when necessary (after approval by social media steering committee)
o   Validate monthly synthesis of Synthesio data (dashboard) + social media analytics for his country
o   Inform social media Manager and client on punctual alerts, flag negative situations
o   Build a monthly report about SoMe activities to be shared each month
 
·       Social Media Campaigns
o   Relay European campaigns
o   Operational steering committee and define local campaigns prioritization & eligibility / budgeting
o   Create social media brief
o   Launch social media campaigns on selected platforms
o   Monitor social media campaigns
o   Attend weekly inter-agency meetings
  
Requirements and responsibilities
·       You have a degree of higher education in communications, pr or journalism
·       Belgian or Flemish native, who is fluent in French, Flemish and English
·       You have 2-3 years experience in social media and community management
·       Good knowledge and above average interest in the automotive, retail or FMCG industry.
·       You are aware of What’s Next in social communications and consumer interaction
·       Local market expertise and able to relay global actions locally
·       You can work independently, you are structured, organized and you have attention for detail
·       You can manage multiple tasks across multiple projects
·       Good communication skills and results oriented
·       You are accountable and resistant to stress
·       You are a team player, and know how to work with team remotely or on premise at client.
·       You have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, in your native language but also in English
·       Liaise and interact with different stakeholders at agency, agency hub or client level
·       Liaise and interact with group sister agencies
·       Position based at both agency (Brussels) and client premises
