Reporting to the Marketing and Business Unit Manager, you will assist the management in developing the marketing strategy and advertising campaigns on the online Sportsbook products. You will be required to liaise and pro-actively communicate with confidence to numerous stakeholders, communicating on plans and progress. This role involves an operational marketing challenge within an emerging business sector with the ability to thrive and produce great results in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Work with all departments to create, execute and deliver Sportsbook promotions

• Work alongside product team to incorporate promotions after product is complete

• Coordinate staff members who create and deliver promotions material

• Manage all areas of the website under your control including the Sportsbook promotions, pages, banners, etc.

• Work closely with Customer Services and answer escalated support queries

• Conduct frequent competitor analysis on retention strategies Experience and education To qualify for this position, you are asked to possess a Master degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in a sports related B2C online company. You will be able to effectively multi-task and work to deadlines and be an ambitious self-starter who can observe the market and consumer trends. This role requires tremendous attention to detail, setting up and managing projects and procedures.

• Previous experience of Promotions execution in the online betting and gaming industry would be an significant advantage

• Experience in campaign management tools

• Good copywriting skills

• Strong communication, organisational and project implementation skills

• Excellent relationship skills with internal and external customers, team spirit

• Very focused and assertive – knows how to distinguish between tasks

• Fluent in English with a very good command in French and/or Dutch

• Excellent command of MS Office with a strong focus on Excel and Power Point
