Your profile:

• You are able to manage the overall e-Commerce services within agreed budget and KPI’s and in preparing an action plan with the ecommerce manager of the client if the targets aren’t met based on the cascaded KPI-analysis.
• You have experience in creating a high level and detailed Operational Plan corresponding to the received plan from the customer.
• You maintain a continuous, daily contact with the customer to detects change needs in the operational workflows and acts as staff manager for the members of your team. As a person you are creative and able to communicate on different levels.
• You also are an expert in finding solutions and in maintaining relationships.
• You have a good knowledge about e-commerce business and you are able to translate these into new opportunities.
• Furthermore you have excellent people management skills.

Required characteristics:

• You have a University education (Master) or alike by experience.
• You have 5 years of relevant work experience (required) in a web based company.
• You have knowledge and experience in the field of ICT, Internet, online and e-commerce applications.
• You have a proven track record in managing people.
• You speak fluently French, English and Dutch.
