Teamleader is a growing at lightning speed: we have opened 3 new offices in the last 18 months, in Amsterdam, Berlin and Madrid. We're aiming for France and Italy next quarter and many other European countries after that.
To support our ambitious plan, we need an ambitious team that's exploding in size. We were only 15people strong in March of 2015. Right now, we did reach 120.


In order to keep on fueling our growth, we are looking for a Country Marketeer Belgium.

This is what you’ll do

  • Together with the two other marketeers in Belgium, you are responsible for the Belgian market.
  • You will share best practices with each other and build a strong marketing engine for the Belgian market together.
  • You are a sparring partner for your marketing colleagues, Head of Marketing and Country Manager.
  • You report about the performance of the marketing activities & the number of leads you attracted.
  • You work closely together with sales to see how your marketing efforts are performing.
  • Your main focus will be on the French-speaking part of Belgium, for which you define a budget and a plan.
  • You take ownership for the marketing activities for the French-speaking part: you will proactively look for channels, optimize content and generate leads.
  • You are responsible for the press activities, social channels, events, partnerships in the French- speaking part of Belgium.
  • You define content that suits this target market and look for channels to distribute, and work closely with our central teams (content, technical) in doing so.
  • Together with your technical marketing colleagues, you look for ways to optimize the SEA efforts for French-speaking Belgium.
  • You build the brand awareness & brand identity in the French-speaking part of Belgium.
  • Experience with Hubspot is a plus.

This is who you are

  • You have 2 to 5 years experience in a similar function, and have defined a marketing strategy, budget & plan before, preferably in B2B, the tech sector and/or SaaS software.
  • You can perfectly balance between defining growth strategy and putting it into reality.
  • You manage to set priorities and maintain helicopter view but at the same time you are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • You have a thorough knowledge of the French-speaking market in Belgium.
  • You are a native French speaker or your French is excellent and have a proficient knowledge of English and Dutch.
  • You are familiar with inbound marketing and other data-driven marketing tactics.
  • You are passionate about the digital revolution and you have a creative mind.
  • You love a challenge and you fit in with a young, enthusiastic team.
  • You are a positive team player with a ‘can do’ mindset.
