When Supervised Machine learning meets marketing automation


After extracting customers profiles from different databases, based on common elements and on the learning process, we can send out highly customized emails to the customers.  The machine can reproduce offers or create new ones, based on rules that were previously defined. For example, for a booking website dedicated to voyages, if a disturbing element arrives (like the bad weather), the AI can create new packages based on the history, profiles, expectations.

When customer replies, we machine reads the email (NLP/NLU) and performs automated actions in the CRM/ERP. Although this can be fully automated, the human operator can interfere at any moment during the process and improve every step (supervised machine learning).
