Pioneer of the digital era (active for 25 years). He has worked for more than 15 years as a digital strategist for a number of brands, with a deep experience in banking, insurance and automotive. For 8 years now he has worked as an expert in digital transformation mainly for banking and health insurance with a particular focus on change management, business architecture and data strategy. He is also associate professor at UCLouvain where he teaches Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing (Master in Strategy and Analysis of Collaborative and Interactive Communication)
