ING like other global banks has been investing in new technologies like Mobile Apps. Customers will only really benefit from new technologies, when these can coexist with the existing systems to ensure a consistent customer experience. How ING addressed this will be explained. We believe digital transformation goes much further than system implementations. We will explain the four levels of digital transformation that we have been implementing at ING Belgium. In this we way we hope to illustrate from a Change Delivery perspective how a complex, global organization like ING is being converted into a digitally responsive customer service provider.
