The presentation of Christian Lambert, Managing Director of DriveNow, will explain how and why a car manufacturer invests in an activity that seems to be opposed to its core business.

Christian worked more than 23 years for the BMW Group where he held various functions. For the last 10 years, he was a member of the Board of BMW Group Belux, having the responsibility over the Sales Division.

Since January 2015, he was responsible for a European project for a new digital approach in the international CRM within the HQ strategy department of the BMW Group in Munich.

Being within the Strategy Department, he has been asked to start up and lead DriveNow in Belgium as from July 2016.
