Charlotte Collard started within the fashion world as a model and has been in the business for about 22 years. She lived in NYC, LA, Paris, London, Milan,Florence, Barcelona, Zurich and Brussels. Gratuated as a gemmologist from the GIA in 2008. She then started herself as a tech entrepreneur and launched the first eshop with no stock in 2009. Back to Brussels, she created the first fashion & food project on Instagram called CHARLOTTE COLLARD’S KITCHEN. The idea to combine two worlds about tastes creating quality content where non-competitive brands would interact between each other in order to develop and meet new audience through the different markets. (Instagram @charlotte_collard) She has in parallel partnered with Jean-Michel Loriers and recently launched CHARLOTTE COLLARD CATERING, the idea is to offer brands she works with a healthier menu & a media through multiple social networks from both companies.
