Jo Caudron was born in 1968, a year of change. He likes to believe that this is the reason why he is so passionate about change and innovation. He started the very first webagency in Belgium, The Reference, and one of the first online agencies in Europe. Over the last 15 years, he was involved in a dozen of start-ups, all in interactive media and digital innovation. Today he is founding partner of Duval Union Consulting, a consulting company specialized in new media innovation and digital transformation. Jo considers himself above all as an entrepreneur seeing change and opportunities before the rest of the market does, and creating new business opportunities from disruption. He is the author of “Social Media, the essentials” (2010), “Media Morgen” (Fixing the media) (2011) and “Digital Transformation, a model to master digital disruption” (2014).
