Roles & Responsibilities
Our Business Developer will be THE ambassador of the EVO Group and is responsible for:
• Establishing a prospection strategy for EVO within the corporate and high SME Market.
• Identifying new business development opportunities
• Prospecting new customers
• Follow up of the prospects
• Developing business with existing customers
• With the help of our specialists : analysing customer needs, elaborating innovative and realistic solutions together with the customer, and closing deals that bring high levels of satisfaction
• Continuously expanding his/her personal network at the service of the company
• Continuously cultivating long term customer relationships
• As we work in a fast-paced digital environment, she/he will keep herself/himself up to date in order to provide the most pertinent recommendations
• You are very dynamic and are ready to embark aboard our constantly on the move spaceship
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have had relevant experience in a B2B commercial role within the Digital world.
• Having already worked for a digital agency/provider is a serious asset!
• You can rely on your large network.
• You are sharp, and have strong listening skills.
• You are passionate about the digital world and understand it.
• You know all there is to know about : e-marketing, Websites, Analytics,…
• You are proficient in both French and Dutch, both written and spoken. A good grasp of English is also an asset.
• You are a born team player, result oriented and have an excellent sales driven mind.
• You can work independently with an entrepreneurial mind-set and are someone we can trust and rely on.
• You are customer minded
• You are stress resistant
• You are persistent, and refuse to back down when trying to close a deal, using smarts, skills and swag.
