Job description

In this challenging role it is your responsibility to:

  • Take the lead in developing and implementing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies in order to delight and digitally engage Miele customers.
  • Ensure consistency across all channels (online/offline/trade), establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside the company (Brand Communication, Category Management, Sales and Activation, Service).
  • Be actively involved in the development of the annual digital plan and its related funding to deliver business targets. You monitor allocated funds during the year, measure ROI & KPIs, identify trends and insights and adapt and optimise spending and performance based on those insights.
  • Plan, coordinate and implement digital marketing campaigns by orchestrating/using SEO/SEA, email, social media and display advertising in line with channels and category priorities. You find (innovative) ways to generate traffic ensuring brand awareness, brand engagement and increased conversions.
  • Set and manage the local social media & content strategy based on the international framework and in strong cooperation with the Head of Communication.
  • Formulate, develop and implement CRM strategies for the brand-driving strategic development of Customer Lifecycle Programs along The Consumer Journey with an ambition to maximize revenue.
  • Select and coordinate potential external service providers.
  • Manage a team of 2 digital all-rounders.

In this position you will report to the Marketing Director.



  • Master’s degree, thorough experience and passion for digital technologies. Proven track record in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns combined with a solid knowledge of website analytics tools SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills guaranteeing a perfect execution of the action plans. You are able to think out-of-the-box and take initiatives.
  • Inspiring manager to your team, strong team player and excellent communicator (English/Dutch/French) working constructively with all stakeholders.
